One more from the weekend - a young tommy roundhead we rustled up when looking for koala scats. He was trying to scare me, but didn't really work.

Excellent image blacknstormy!
It is different from what we normally expect to see and different is good. You caught his personality too. You could sell this image to a wildlife magazine.

Thanks everyone for your comments - it's always exciting when we are out doing a survey.... never know what you'll find. This little guy was darting around an area of sandy heathland in Hervey Bay in the middle of the day. To give you some idea of size - this is what he looked like on the side of the tree
