Triple Waterfall

The actual name is Triple Falls. Went there for the first time today, can't wait to go back with the tripod.

Notice the people at the top left of the falls for some perspective:

Thanks to Nikon Capture I was able to fix the white balance, since I forgot to do so. Had to push the speed due to it being late in the day.

Hey Jeff,

I really like the angle and perspective in the first photo. That downward angle into the pool at the bottom is interesting.

G'day Jeff,
Beautiful spot, it's great to have some perspective too sometimes especially from that angle... Would be nice spot to hike down to the bottom and shoot from the base...

Great idea! After looking at the picture more closely it looks like there is a steep trail down to the bottom. I will have to experiment and see if I can get down there.

As for having people in the shot, in the past I would try to wait for them to move out of the photo but just earlier in the day I had read an article in Outdoor Photographer about the use of people in a picture to better show how large/small a scenic shot is. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks.
