Stubbsy,

I like these kinds of shots, the kind of things that most people would walk past without evening giving a seconds thought to - or even noticing in the first place. Nice work, but it would have been nice to see the ducks head, and the stick seems to be slightly out of focus, but that could just be me.

I've seen your portfolio and I like your contributions mate

Hi Peter

Looks like the group had a wonderful time at Lavender Bay, I always pass the place but never stopped to appreciate the inherent beauty of the area

I especially love your 3rd shot with the object in the water. The colour harmony in the riples and the stark object adds contrast to the composition. The image also looks like an expressionist painting.

EXCELLENT WORK!

Interesting subjects, flotsam and graffiti. Altough graffiti gets photographed often, flotsam and jetsam rarely get a second look. It's very courageous of you to think that far outside the square. :)

I do like the last image of the door but i feel that the grass detracts from the starkness of the wall and door. The graffiti adds a little bit of extra focus and the ruggedness of the door adds rustic apeal, which i like.

Good work Peter.

Steve

You are right. I'm going to redo it with the grass cropped out.
