Hi all, I'm after other people's opinions on whether the following photos are a little grainy? They were both taken with a Tamron 70-300mm f4-5.6 at ISO 200, 1/350 sec, f8, at around 210-220mm.

This one was at 1/350, F9.5 at 200mm

Ray, they are a bit small to tell, maybe a link to a larger image?

Ray - they don’t appear grainy but they are in need of some contrast popping

Hi there Ray,

the link works fine

I had a quick play around with your image in PSCS and found that just tweaking the levels a bit made quite a difference.

I agree with the comments that the contrast is kinda flat in the pictures posted,
a little bit of contrast boosting is required in photoshop.

Do they seem a bit grainy
