Hi, I like the forum it looks great, I am looking forward to good advice and improving my shots. here are a couple from recent sydney trip

Very Nice. I do like the second image best. That kind of quiet observance of the human ritual is compelling. How about sepia or B/W for that image?

I like the best third shot. Tight framing is agood approach to this subject. My only critique is that you could increase DOF both characters stay in focus. Now the man is soft.

Thanks, its one of my favorites as well, I preferred the sepia to black and white. also another in the same series, I was shooting a fountain at 300mm beside them panned and realised they were the shot not the fountain

the sepia conversion really does add the finishing touch to your capture of the old boys working out this new fangled digital malarkey!

Judging by your first post you have a creative eye...

I get dizzy looking at the first one, great image, really dramatic. The second captures the moment well and the B&W treatment suits... Wonder if the shadows on the face of the guy without a hat could be lightened a smidge? Portrait works well...
