Hi Matt
looks like it was a nice day for some photos 8)

I like the bold colours you have captured & my favourite would be the 2nd shot. I really like the different composition of the ferris wheel. If I was to change anything, it would possibly be to use a bit more DOF, so only one or two of the carriages were in focus (but that's just my personal taste).

The last 2 don't do much for me, but again, the colours look great !

I assume you used a CPL for these shots ??

Well done.

Matt you're a bastard :)
I've been post processing for the later half of the afternoon and was about to upload but went upto the shops.

God we got some similar shots :)

Cool shots, Matt. I agree with Dave, the Ferris wheel, especially the 2nd shot, is very good. :)

Matt

I like #1 - but I think what you've achieved in #3 is way cooool. It looks like a frame out of some hollywood animated + live action pic!

Matt,

I like the first two a great deal. Did you use any filter for these? What lens?

The last one, I'd crop so that the whole person's body would fit in, but I may be wrong on this one - need to see both versions.

I think on the day we went to Luna Park that sign was in a spot that I couldn't frame properly. Was going to move it but I felt uncomfortable doing so.

You have a good eye too :)

 LOL love it. Sorry about that Daryl. I'd very much like to see your shots.

I used a CPL for all of the shots and all were taken with the kit lens.

Many thanks for the comments guys - it was such a lovely day for a walk.

Matt if you are going to shot in colour why not have colour. Love them. 8) I believe it is quite hard to get a good Ferris wheel shot, but you have done well. :D
