Unlucky Lobster

This made for an interesting find after a walk on the beach.

Do you like the DOF effect or would you prefer the whole thing in focus?

i like it as is :) looks like it has a million bug eyes staring at you tho.

did you take it home and cook it? 8)

I think all in focus. Shallow DOF is great for seperating subject from background, but the lobster is all subject to me.

That’s a swamp gobbler from the planet just left of the roundabout in the Sirius system :lol: Nice pic - all in focus would be good.

You're flolloping mad, that's what you are. You're thinking of Zem, the mattress.

I like the pic, but I'm one of the people who'd have preferred the whole thing in focus. :)

Thanks for the feedback guys. I was a little limited in light here, as you can see my shutter speed was getting quite low, and given difficult angle, this was hand held. I should have pushed ISO and the f stop. Im just processing another one that has a little more DOF. Will attach in a second
