I'm actually the reverse, while I like the first one, and nice capture of the brave soul washing those windows.
The second one is actually my favourite, interesting composition, I like the texture and also how the vertical lines are broken up by the sweeping line through the middle.

Thanks guys for feedback.
I think these two images are 100% different. The only common thing is that both are vertical and roughly shot with similar style. They really show people tastes and preferences. Personally I like both of them.
