I really liked this area and like this photo except for the dark areas to the right. the photo overall appears to be a bit dark on thids forum or too much contrast.

G'day LD,
Found this thread, looks like a terrific spot for some interesting photos... My eye seems drawn along the creek bed and straight to the twisted gum on the left hand side... Great colour... Could try a gently feathered selection and a play with either curves, levels, or shadows in PP if you wanted to brighten up that area...

Hi. I like the shot. I dont think that the RHS is too dark. The shot reminds me a little of Constable's landscapes. That
BTW is a compliment. I would love to be able to take a landscape as well as Constable painted them.

Yes, I really like this scene. It's interesting how when I look at it, at times it looks like a painting, and then it pops back to looking like a photo. A kind of optical illusion. Very well done.
