I think the first one has a really great composition, but IMO it looks a shade too dark. If there isn't any overexposure right now--and maybe if there is--I would raise the exposure a bit (assuming you shot in RAW.)

The second one is good, but not in the same league as the first.

Nice shots but do you realise that it's a photo of Friday flats and you've posted on a Thursday? :shock:

G'day Willy,
Had to say I love that first image, my eye seems drawn through the image by the interesting features and textures, leading through from foreground to the trees which block my eye from wandering off and keeping me within the image... Really like it...

Thanks Mudder 8) Glad you enjoyed it - The dead horse gap walk is well worth doing if you ever get up that way
