i like image #2, although IMHO the focus should on the top sliced orange.

with #1 you should be able to see whole streets of animal appendages in HK!

What the hell?!
They sell pig heads?!

I think the image need to be brighter, personally. They look too dark on my monitor.

That said, I like the second and the third most of all.

I like #2 as well and agree with bumping up the brightness and focussing on the sliced oranges.

Btw, how on earth did you manage to pull out your camera at Vic Market without the photo police nabbing you? Heard one of the Melb. members was nabbed for taking pics at Vic Market :S

The pig heads remind of Lord of the Flies :D

i have been taking photos at the QVM for the last 2 months, and no one ever nabbed me BTW you just appear to be a tourist, because every tourist takes pics at the QVM

Genji,

I don't remember who it was but it wasn't a post. It was mentioned in person. I don't want to name names just in case I say the wrong name ;)

I like the way you've got the pig to look straight at you!

Nice captures, although agree with Leigh, they seem a little dark. Like the oranges, and maybe a little more DOF in the last one (although I guess the lighting would have been against you). There's no EXIF data, so not sure if you bumped up the ISO - that may have helped :)

Also, the border is a little wide for my liking (although I'm sure if you were to look back at some of my earlier pics you'd be scared off by the size of some of my borders! - tastes change I guess ;) ).

Thanks for sharing, hope something I've said helps :)
