Hi Kev,
Wow, a nice set of images. That certainly is a nice lens. That a sea snake?

Very nice, I'm going to look at these all day and dream (I'm stuck in a studio with no windows :( )
The rusty ones really grab my attention, but they all are very good and almost puts a newbie off from posting... good excuse to get in some practise though!

Cheers
Jonesy

Kevin - Almost as good as your outback pics.

My fave of the lot has to be the 5th shot of the buoy and shells. I really like the way this has been composed with the lines of shells leading you beautifully into the image. Also of note for me were #3, 7, 8 and 12.

Did you use a CP or was this the Sigma 12-24?

Well done and thanks for sharing these beauties. PS - Might be worth editing the subject to warn dialup users there's a lot to download when viewing this thread

Nice shots Kevin. That is a nice lens. Doesn't look as windy as when I was up there a few weeks back :D

G'day Kevin,
There are some absolute crackers in there, wow what colour saturation, was a CPL used, judging by the sky?

The boys heads crack me up  That's a pearler, but the shells on the plastic container thingy is terrific (although it makes me lean over  ), the rusty stuff is terrific, especially enjoyed #7 and #9, that sky is stunning!!! Great images... Thanks for sharing...

Kevin, you have taken some very fine images there. You certainly gave the 12-24 a good workout. Your images are exceptional and show a lot of thought went into your composition.

The photo of the kids in the sand raised a chuckle form me and the wreck photos really standout very well. The contrast betweent he oxide of the metal with the colour of the sky is brilliant.

The image i like the best though is definately the plastic flotsam with the mussels hanging off it. Great image. print that one out big and hang it somewhere for people to see it. It's a gem.

Well done and thanks for sharing those images with us.

Wow, nice set! I really like the colors and the way the sky looks. I guess I have to get a wide angle lens really soon. I don't know why I am stalling. I've seen so many pics taken with a 12-24, and I love them.
