Was fairly happy with this snap taken whilst on a bushwalk on Saturday. These little guys are only about 10cms high and were clustered together in very deep shade and it was as windy as hell, so I was pretty stoked to pull this shot off with no tripod.

Nice shot under difficult conditions, now you'll have to save up for a VR lens!

 Bob.

I like this shot, but find the leftmost OOF flower distracting (probably because of its size). Have you experimented with a crop that removes it or tried cloning it out. I think this would make for a stronger image. PS I'm also very impressed with your hand holding technique.

I have to agree with Peter again :)

I found the OOF flower on the left very disctracting... however considering no tripod and shooting conditions it's a good shot.

Cheers guys, yep I totally agree with you both, I have tried cropping it out and it just didnt work...cloneing is the next step, dont know if I care enough to take it that far though, was just happy to get a resonable shot under some pretty average conditions :D
