A s**t load of coloursThese are a few more of the shots I took at Bondi's Festival of Winds. I was mainly trying to find colourful shots. Would appreicate critique and comment. Leek - some of the shots you took look to be almost identical as some of mine meaning we must have been within meters of each other during the day.
Cheers Matt
Nice shots Matt...
There are so many Poms in Bondi, you probably didn't stand out You must have been wearing a hat tho' - I would have clocked your head from a fair distance... Did you catch the Morris Dancers I never thought that I'd see any of those outside of England... Cheers, John

LOl,
yes I did catch the Morris Dancers. It immediately took me back to the Blackboys Inn. My dad flirted with Morris dancing but he was so rubbish he was only allowed to dance with the kids He was only in it for the free beer and women!! Matt
The Sydney Morris dancing community generally have a shin-dig at Mrs. Macquaries Chair each May 1. (Or is it some other date - can't recall but a Pommie journo mate was prominent amongst them a while back.)

First off - you can say shit here! Hell you can even say fuck - just don't ever say mate in public (oops I mean k a r a o k e) #6 is my fave - I like the mix of colours and the tonal range in the shot. Probably I'd clone out the flags in the bottom RHC #1 comes next - Only (tiny) problem is viewing on the net I almost missed seeing why it was cropped this way (didn't see the strings ) but no problemo in print #3 really annoys me because of what I can't see. I like the shot but feel cheated because I can't see the tail. #2 is better in that we see the tail, but it seems a bit dark - perhaps a bity of contrast for more punch #4 - clever and it works #5 - like #4, but fails for me because there's a person on the steps - otherwise I'd like this better than #4 Peter

Nice colors. Was the vignetting done on purpose?
