Hand of the forest

Really unusual and very eye catching, looking forward to going over to NZ myself in Jan, doing the Routeburn and Milford Sound Treks... Must have caught me in a weak/drunken moment to go on a >100km bush-walk
Maybe I'd try blurring the background to make the subject stand out more? Hmmm, wonder about a slight de-sat on the background too... Dunno... Just ideas...

Mudder: You'll love the Milford Sound trek. It was something that I always wanted to do and I'm sure you'll get some amazing photo op's! Jan is the perfect time to go too... except watch out for the midgy's (not sure of spelling). Really anoying little fly thingy's.
