Not a great subject matter but I got the WB totally wrong on this one and I kind of like the effect (I had it set to incandescent on a sunny morning)

You're quite right, without the blue tint it would have been pretty bland. I read an interesting article once by this guy:

about how the WB in camera can be used like traditional filters or films (ie, warm up filters/tungsten film).

The tint has given you a nice crisp, cold morning feel that could make this a very useful backdrop for a future project.

The tint definately gives the shot a cold feel... I must admit, I've known people who intentionally use strange WB's to achieve certain affects...
I knew someone who used the flourescent WB's for sunsets to "twist" colors in scenes... Some of them looked great too...
