Went walkabout today as well to scout out Fitzroy gardens. Here are a few selected pics. All using the 20mm :D

I had to basically place my face on the ground just to get this shot :D

Not sure what's happened to the the saturation and pp i did, but seems to have lost quite a fair bit of detail when converting to jpeg :S Oh and for the record, I didn't have to use USM or sharpening :)

Sensational. I am amazed with the results you have obtained without any sharpening. That lens is definately a keeper.

G'day,
Wow, for no PP these seems so SHARP! terrific skies, love the first and the last, I think I'm starting to feel dizzy after looking at that last one for a few mins...

Went for a walk myself this morning in the Botanic gardens, magic morning huh???

I really like the two conservatory shots & #5. I'm looking at a wide prime as my next lens and these give me some food for thought. I notice the last one was F22 and a long(ish) exposure. Impressive hand holding.

Thanks for the comments everyone :)

Peter, that's the beauty of the 20mm :) If you notice the shutter speed, it was at 1/30s and with such a narrow focal length like the 20mm, you can afford to do that. I went for such a long exposure because I saw the branches swaying in the wind and tried to capture it....however because the sun was still quite bright, it didn't depict it :S
