I recently purchased some close up lenses and had my first play with them today. Unfortunately it was a bit breezy, so maybe the image isn't as sharp as it should be.

Please excuse my complete lack of botanical knowledge
I recently purchased some close up lenses and had my first play with them today. Unfortunately it was a bit breezy, so maybe the image isn't as sharp as it should be.

G'day Frank,
Ahhh, the red-flower thingyamijigiticus... Looks great though, the deep blood red really grabs the eye... Might be worth a try to darken or blur the busy background in PP though to help focus attention on the subject(s) maybe?. Nicely framed and for hand-held it's REALLY good... When I try hand-held close-ups I keep wobbling in and out of focus
