1/80sec f/22 ISO200 @ 200mm

Good Pic Fozzie...

I love the delicate lines of this flower and the sugar like quality of the pollen...

Personally I would be tempted to clone out the few black dots / blemishes on the inside of the flower...
Also try adjusting the white point on the Levels screen... I just tried it on your small JPG and it boosted the lighting quite nicely giving it a nice glow... Try chopping off the top 10% and see what you think...
