Would it be possible to delete all the old "next get together" messages so that only a current preposal is available? I think it would enable more get togethers.
Just an idea?

What I'll do is move those older messages into an archive area. I think that will satisfy your suggestion to keep the area less cluttered, but - for the moment, at least - I'd like to retain the history of the meetings and stuff so that newer members can gather a sense of where we've been, what we've done, and who we are. How does that sound to you? g.
