Somewhere different perhaps ?
La Perouse?
or perhaps, for a different view of the city, Balmain wharf?
Parking is a serious issue there though, but Balmain by night might also lend itself to other photo-ops - the pubs, the buildings ... people eating out on a Saturday evening ....

The trouble with a city night shoot is that the last three have been in and around the city.
Something different might now be called for.

I am in
i like industrial zones like an abandoned warehouse, otherwise an urban scene

Depending on when my rehearsal finishes, I should be good for it... depending or not if I've stuck my camera in for warranty, which I'm planning to do very soon.

What do you think we are going to shoot at "industrial zones like an abandoned warehouse" around 7:00- 8:00pm?

Leigh,
I dropped my D70 into Maxwells this morning for the complimentary warranty service and was told they would need the camera for 10 to 14 WORKING days
I was less than impressed and nearly told them not bother

My warranty expires very soon anyway, John. It doesn't bother me. I've got film and a Sony 2mp in my phone to fall back on.
Plus, I can always borrow Dad's D70 if I really need it...

I'm interested, transport is always a bit of an issue for me, but if I can find a way to get there (whereever there is) I will.
