Everybody who had indicated their attendance - by completion of the form in the link in Thanh's earlier post - should have received an email with all of the details.
Others who wish to have the details should still complete that form, so that we have a handle on how many (and whom) we can expect at (a) Darling Harbour, and (b) for dinner afterwards.

Sorry... I'm confused now... Probably me...
Is the intent to meet at Darling Harbour @ 3pm and then to go into the exhibition together... or will people have already looked around by then?
I thought I registered, but haven't received an e-mail... will register now...

My interpretation of the email was that the 3 pm mini-meet will be a snap feast and everyone should visit PIW before that time. Afterwards there is dinner at some restaurant.

If you have not let us know that you're coming, how do you expect me to tell you the details, John?
And again, I want to know who's coming so that we can anticipate numbers. We don;t want to, for instance, expect 17 for dinner when there's 25.
So .. two things.
1: Read the first message in this thread and complete the form.
2: Thread closed!
