Studio Lighting Gear in Sydney

Postby jben_net on Thu Nov 05, 2009 2:24 pm

Hi All,

Its been a long time. This site looks completely different from what I remember!

I have a question.

I need a flash kit. I need to buy one in Sydney. I need to buy it either today or tomorrow. I don't really know too much about brand names so some input there would be great too. I was keen on bowens but it seems sparsely stocked across the city. Is there anywhere that has good gear in stock available now and at a good price. I need 2 flash heads with stands chords etc.

Cheers!

James

Thanks for the tip - I have already checked their website and I don't really know the brand "FlashPro" very well (this seems to be the main brand they are offering). It doesnt come up in google and it has me concerned about the quality and level of customer support. Do you have any experience with it?

Talk to Michael at Dragon Imaging, and tell him that I said hi.

He will look after you.

Dragon Image are good since they have alot of lighting stock on the floor to look at, they are also a bit on the pricey side for some things.

Vanbar have quite a bit of floor stock as well, they have a shop in Annandale.
