Firstly, the place is locked up on the weekends and access is thru un-conventional and possibly illegal means...gettign in with a
model and gear on the weekend is a no-no imo.
The place is appararently open during the week days and they are happy for people to bring lighting and gear in and
models..
They do have power inside, there is a power board smack bang in teh middle of the shed.
The best time, imo, to be there is during the afternoon, there is some nice filtered light, however if you are using strobist stuff than anytime would be fine I guess, there are lots of small rooms and dunnies which are great for themed shots
