I believe they're based in Melbourne and I'm considering buying something from their online store.

I think I bought a lowepro bag from them last year. It was definately from a CH store in Melbourne (online). I ordered a Slingshot and it was only after I rang a few weeks later that they said they were out of stock. They did helpfully change my order and gave a bit of a discount. Overall, there was a problem with the order but they managed to find a solution.

As I said, this was over a year ago and my memory is something something.

I have discussed availability of the item with someone by email already, so I know I will have to wait a little bit for it, but he wants me to put down a deposit, and I don't want to do that unless I can be sure they won't stuff me around!
