Logging onto siteHi
When I use to come to the site I used to log on automatically. Now I have to log on each time. I tick the auto log on box but it doesn't work. Is it the settings on my browser or something? I don't remember changing anything . Any advice?
Re: Logging onto site
The Admins will ask you to use FireFox instead of IE as your brownser Birddog114

I had this for a while, but it seems to have resolved itself now...

Spooky, what domain are you logging on to?

What browser are you using?
Have you changed your ISP? Have you cleared your browser's cache? .... We upgraded the board's software a bit over a week ago, to keep it up to the latest, and I'm beginning to suspect that it's overwritten a couple of the mods that we had in place. g.

The that's what it will be.
Many of us believe that Firefox is a far better browser. Certainly, its tab features prode for a much more effective/efficient browsing experience. I would commend it to you.
Ok, thanx.
Could you please do so? Also clear your cookies. g.

The rest of us believe that Opera is a better browser than Firefox.
It's an odd battle. Best off to pick either Firefox or Opera. Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au

I have the same problem. I downloaded firefox. Even my techs at work was stumped. Gave me the shits as my company had a MS SOE so could not use any other browser. And telling the admin I needed to log on to DSLR forum was not something I was going to admit One idiot (no longer employed) even suggested I format and start again. I'm back

Ok ...
The upgrade to the latest version of the board software caused a couple of minor issues, and I believe that some of what's being spoken about here is amongst them. I've redone the hacvks to the forum software that used to be in place, and that will hopefully address most of the issues that have been reported. Failing that, to clear cookies in IE, go to tools, internet options and press the delete cookies button. g.

I've had this problem ever since I started accessing the site using the dslrusers.net domain too. I am using Firefox and I've cleaned my cookies cache and so on but the problem continues to crop up (only on this site too).
