Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me why this link to a url does not seem to work?

I followed the stick on links and embeding but I can't seem to get the URL working. Is it supposed to be a clickable link or link off the thumbnail? Can anyone tell me what Iam doing wrong?

Thanks

Craig

Craig, have just followed your link back the reason is that you have the properties of the thumbnail. I followed the link back to the original photo, which is 5976 X 1896 pixels. You probably want to get the small version up on screen (not the thumbnail leading to it) then right click on properties if a windows user, then copy the address, then insert that in to a post using the image buttons like you have done here. Everything you have done here looks right, except you have the adddress of the thumbnail

Thanks Glen

I posted the thumbnail as the image because the original image is to wide to embed in the post. I am trying to get the small image to link to the main image when readers click on the embeded image.

Totally confused

Craig, I can see what you are trying to do and it looks right. Maybe someone else can spot the problem? When I use the full address it works, so not sure why.

The phpbb bulletin board software doesn't like the parentheses "{" and "}" in your link
Luckily fototime doesn't need them, so just delete them (as I have done in your quote above) and it should work fine. If you want to see the phpbb code behind this, just press the quote button next to this posting and you should get an edit box with it all there for you to see.

ps: I think your thumbnail is a little small and your image a little big, but that's only my opinion!
