Ok - probably a silly question - but can I use my 1.7II TC on the 105mm micro Nikon lens? Can't find anything on the net, and sure as hell don't want to bugger up either piece of equipment .... keen to get even closer if I can Thanks in advance

Hi,

do you mean the TC-17EII ?

Unfortunately the TC-17EII and the 105mm micro Nikon lens
cannot be combined.
The front element of the TC-17EII extends out a fair bit and and
would touch the rear element of the Nikon 105mm Micro.
