I have a locked NEF file on my desktop that refuses to go into the trash

Any ideas on how to unlock the little sucker?

I'm running OSX on a Mac G4 with PSCS.

right click or command click>get info>unlock........

Or command i - unlock

replace your apple keyboard with a PC keyboard then try "command" "i"
