Tripod Ball Heads
Posted: Sun Aug 06, 2006 6:38 pmI am looking at getting a Gitzo tropod but am a bit stuffed as far as heads go. I am looking at doing some surfing shots with 100 - 400 lens on a 30D (action) and also some panorama's. I have been looking at Benro KB1 or I like the look of the Manfrotto 322RC2 grip type head, although this head does not seem to have the paning lock to give paning movement only (no vertical). Is there any one with some views on this matter?
