Hi,

I wonder if anyone has purchased Thom Hogan's "Complete Guide to the Nikon D70".

Would anyone recommend getting that book or others considering I'm a newbie.

For other newbies, here's the link http://www.bythom.com/d70guide.htm. I saw one book advertised on dpreview but its no longer there.

Yes, I have and believed some members have them same as Peter iNova D70 ebook.
It's worth to have one of those books to read and learn from the pro.

I'm with Chris. The iNova book for sure. Good info and a whole slew of Photoshop actions thrown in.

Get one of each, each one covers difference talk, the Thom book more in technically details the Peter iNova has more texture of colour and rich of information. They're just a small slice piece of cake on your CC.

KF - come along to the mini-meet at Birddog's base in Belmore on Sat. You'll get to see both versions and evaluate which one is better for yourself.
