Hi
BigW 6*4 20 cents each, they use Alfa system
Kmart same 20 cents , Kodax system.
Before printing test same pics with diffrent color profiles to see which one give best color result on both system, and stick with what look better.

Regards

Hien

I prefer the fujifilm labs.

If money is no object you could also pruchase your own epson printer.

Do a search for epson and see what it turns up

Save up your buck and get the Epson R800 or invest into the Epson R1800, you won't be disappointed.

Spada, I think you mean the Agfa system, as opposed to an Alfa system, which would probably stop working the moment your prints started printing.

I prefer Fuji myself, but of course there's not the Fuji, Kodak, or Agfa systems, but also other ways of printing such as inkjet (as Birdy suggests) or other forms that include Lambda, Lightjet, Pegasus, Vutek (there are so many names for these processes...).

Usually, processes like Lambda and the like are done for big prints, but I'm sure they can be done for smaller ones.

Speaking of Labs, I found http://www.bonusprint.com is being best as price/quality budget solution, IMHO. I've tried few different labs around our place in Dee Why and Warringah and wasn't happy with any of them.

The only problem with bonusprint is uploading - you have to have good ADSL or cable connection to transfer large number of high quality files

Hlop- i used to go to school in dee-why!! i miss those suburbs :(

i was asking this because i worked at a kodak lab for a little
and sometimes i printed from the digital machine which had the name 'systems 88'

the quality was CRAP! sometimes i was embarassed when handing over the photos,
so i thought maybe somekind of other labs exist for people that use digital slr's and other higher res stuff..i kind of more professional lab

dont really want another printer i have an epson bjc-7100 but hate the hassle of doing it myself

i guess i'll just take the same image to all different minilabs and then go from there

tah

An Epson BJC?

Wow... Canon might be a tad pissed off that Epson are using their BJC code. :)
