It's easy if you use my patented system. No Ebook required. But only works if you have Photoshop on your PC. Open Photoshop and make a new blank page. Go to EDIT/FILL and fill it whith black. Now look at the histogram. Choose the marquee tool and draw a square somewhere on your page and fill it with white, Check out the histogram. Drop some blue, red and yellow squares on your page and check out the histogram. Open an over exposed image....or change the levels of an image until it blows out...check out the histogram. Keep looking and keep changing and keep checking out the histogram. Now you should be getting the idea and it only took you 15 minutes. Try a page of black with a small circle of yellow...like a photograph of the full moon. Check out the histogramy thing. Congratulations! You have passed my histogramy thing course!

				Hi Matt,
I'll take that lesson.
I've printed the instructions so that I have them handy.
Thanks a lot Matt,

It's a pleasure CD. It is the quickest way to understand how to read the histogram and make it work for you.

				Hi all,
I'm actually thinking about printing and laminating a number of card size
cheat sheets, pre-flight check lists and tips such as Matts.
They could be of credit card size with a hole in the upper left hand corner to go onto a key ring or so attached to the camera bag; etc, etc ...
Thanks again,
CD

like in big letters "Set ISO back to 200" or you could just go with "DONT PANIC"

Do one with a hole in the middle and we can use it as a pinhole lens.

Seriously, Christian, a great idea.
