Cleaning questionsHi all,
I currently only have a 17-55 attached to my D50 and I haven't taken it off since I first bought it. Just wondering if the camera requires cleaning? Would there be dust inside even if I have never removed the lenses? What cleaning stuff should I avoid using on a camera? Thanks. Check out my latest - http://englishnewbies.tripod.com/blog

Re: Cleaning questions
You should say you have the 18-55 Even you haven't change lens, dust is still get onto the CCD and it's normal. You have to source the CCD cleaning stuff in Japan as Pec*Pad, Eclipse Fluid (Pure Methanol), A good and large size Air blower. Birddog114

Re: Cleaning questions
Possibly on both counts. Stop down to f/22 and take a picture of (blue) sky, then check the picture on your computer. It'll soon show up any dust bunnies.
Ta thanks guys, I'll do just that.
