Be aware that the site might experience some minor intermittant connectivity issues over the next few days.

I've uploaded and installed the new features, and they should now be fully operational. Please be sure to let me know how you like the changes and the new look.

Hrmmm - the timing of these 'new features' wouldn't have anything to do with April 1 would it?

We have long memories here ;) Who has bought you out this time? ;)

We've got some changes in the formatting of the site that we're still testing.

As soon as they're ready, we'll bring them online.

We still have a couple of bugs in the code that we're trying to iron out, and that's the only hold-up.

We've actually been working on this for over a month, and some of our key members - including Sheepie - have actually been a part of that testing.

I'm aware of some of these changes, I have to admit, but the timing is just a little scarey :) I wonder what else is in store.

Perhaps we will log in on Saturday and find the site has been taken over by DPReview, or Nikonians, or (shudder) Canonians ;)

Scott, Dave,

They're somewhat subtle, but when you see them, you'll understand immediately what we've done, and why. BTW, what browsers are y'all using? We did have a couple of issues with getting things looking clean in a couple of environments.

There is a bit more silver in the borders, to balance out the blue.

Check the main page, or the start of a thread, see a difference, its subtle, but it is different, ... also check you browser is getting the latests copy of the page.

Actually, I don't think that we testwd the mods on any of our linux or Mac boxes. I know for sure that we didn't on Linux, and I'm pretty sure we didn't on Mac.

I haven't tested it on either Linux or Mac OSX.

Hold on.

I'm not messing with just colours. I'm going to try to mess with the way resources are handled. Please be patient. That goes for you to, Craig.
