Had a great weekend in Goulburn, at the Australian Blues Music Festival. Great organisation of the even, lots of great music with players and visitors from as far afield as Tassie and WA - a whole contingent from WA in fact.
Caught up with some old friends, made some new ones. more of that in another few posts, as I process the music I recorded, and then the images.
But in the meantime, did I miss the announcement that uour posting rules have ben suspended and that it's ok for people to ignore them? I didn't think so.
So somebody please help me understand why, in three separate threads at least, I am seeing six images posted that have a longest side greater than 800 pixels. They're just the ones that I've noticed. There may be more.
For the slow learners, this is what the FAQ has to say on the matter:
As a general rule, any image posted should not exceed 800px along its largest side
It's there, clear as daylight, for all to see. It's not my fault if you choose to ignore it. It will also be not my fault when the mods remove any such images, replacing them with links.
From tomorrow night!
Email delays
Tuesday Feb 12, 8:30 am
There's a problem with email at DH that's been ongoing since the weekend. Emails are being delayed on the server, and are taking from 8-14 hours to be delivered.
This is affecting those of you who are waiting on authentication emails, or advices of posts made to a forum, or PMs recieved, and also it's delaying the sending of orders from the ordering system.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
And for anyone that uses DH's email services, it's also affecting any email that you send.
