PotW August 7, 2007Must be my turn.
Earlier in the week Alan (Raskill) posted some images from an exercise that he was involved in in his real life. This one in particular caught my eye, for its colour, its composition, and the exposure issues that Alan would have had to be dealing with. The original thread is here. Congratulations, Alan. g.

Congrats Alan and nice pick Gary. I expected a shot from the portrait shoot but only as it was fresh in my memory, this one has an excellent, full of for what of a better term latent action. While this isn't your standard action shot, it's like the calm before the storm.
I missed this one first time around. Fantastic image Alan - well chosen Gary.
Congrats Alan!! Geoff

Very cool shot. There's something ominous about it - can't tell whether they're in an 'offensive' or 'defensive' posture. Congrats Raskill!

Thanks very much for this Gary! Thanks for the comments folks. It's slightly odd that a subject I have never phtographed got me the POTW, and my motorsport pics haven't. Maybe it's a sign? Nahhh!
