Secondly, may I wish all our members a very safe, happy, and healthy Christmas and a 2010 that brings you closer to your loved ones. It's been another great year on the forum and a special thanks must go to Gary and Leigh for maintaining the forum and keeping it as certainly one of my most visited sites on the net! Unfortunately due to work committments I haven't been able to attend as many meets as I would normally like to this year and I do hope that next year allows for more socialising on the dslruser front!
There were a miriad of awesome images to choose from this week and as usual, it took me some time to sort through them and pick a winner. So without further ado, it's a privelidge to announce that Bindi's HDR image from her NZ trip. I'm typically not a huge fan of HDR images as I think that they are often over processed and look fake. Done right though, they look incredibly amazing. Congratulations Sue for this image of the shack:

I for one would be very interested to see a before/after shot of this and your technique for bringing it to life! The colour distribution and contrast, sky and clarity/sharpness of this image really appeal to me and I find there's plenty to look at! Where was this taken in NZ? South Island?
