I'm a sucker for wildlife photography, and so this week I have chosen the excellent leopard image by marc in this post: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=43997The lighting and the sharpness of the animal are factors that influenced my choice. Is it perfect? No, but at moments like this in nature the first rule is to capture the image. Marc mentions that he didn't have the optimal settings in his camera and wonders about the effectiveness of the OOF tree in the background. I'm sure most of us would give up an important part of our anatomy for an image this imperfect. Congratulations to marc whose wildlife photographs have been a treat over the years. Here is the image:

Good choice Trevor. I think the image is outstanding and like that the tree in the rear is out of focus. I can't think of anyway that this image could have been improved. Congratulations Marc!
