1. It is a sterling portrait with no distractions, well cropped and strong eye contact
2. On suggestions by other forum members he reprocessed the image into B&W. This enhanced the image further and made it even more powerful.
If I was to make a few minor criticisms I would suggest lightening and then adding more contrast to the eyes and cloning or darkening the beam behind the head would improve the image even further. also perhaps add some contrast to the whiskers....make them pop off the page. Another thing that could be very interesting is to add some film grain. But....well done zafra52. A fine portrait.
