Farewell Neopan 1600/Super Presto....

Postby aim54x on Fri Dec 24, 2010 11:00 pm

Today I had the death of another good friend confirmed. Whilst Neopan 1600 has not been available in Australia for almost a year, I had found that I could obtain my favourite film from Japan (via JapanExposures) however even this has come to an end. Fujifilm has ended the production of this great film, along with another popular emulsion (Astia 100F) and the stocks of this film is quickly depleting.

I ordered 20 more rolls of this film and will be trying to keep them for as long as I can but unfortunately it will only be prolonging the inevitable....

I am truly mourning the loss of Super Presto this commercial holiday......

So long dear friend, you will always be my favourite
