Retro photos: Army years

Found and scanned some old negatives. They aren't artistic and were badly scratched, noisy etc. but they are memories about past and I'd like to share some of them with you

Thanks Chris. In 1990 it was Soviet Army which was converted to Russian Army in the mid 1991 after Soviet Union has been broken down. Training Camp was in Gvardeysk, town in Kaliningrad area and then I was transferred to Limited Army Forces in Germany, Furstenwalde

These are the sort of memories you really need to keep. Your army service is a part of history now too.

BTW, you havent changed much, just a bit older.

Mikhail - Those are wonderful pictures in your gallery. Thanks for sharing them. There is a special warmth to them. Those were obviously some very good friends and strong, lasting memories. Of course I'm sure it wasn't all fun.
