Hi Guys,

Just today my 580ex wont fire! its got plenty of batteries and the preflash is working but the main flash wont

Any ideas!

It is possible to configure the 580EX to control other flashes but not supply light itself. But I think you can only disable the flash in Master mode. Maybe switch to normal mode to see if the problem goes away.

One thing ive noticied is that the pilot light isnt comin on..
