Hi My Camera has been doing something slightly funny - every now and then the images comes out jumbled. Has anyone experienced this before or have any idea as to what is going on? Here are two samples.... the effects are kind of cool but I think I'd prefer them not to be there ![Image](http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6129/5992989420_2a723d7544.jpg) ![Image](http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6010/5992987710_58bb904c64.jpg) Thanks in advance M

My guess would be that the memory card is corrupt. Try formatting the card and see if that helps, or try a different memory card.

More info required, do they appear that way on the camera LCD?
I would have my money on corrupt file (thats the easy bit), however you will need to find out whether its the memory card, your computer harddrive or a processing artifact from the camera?
I had a similiar problem awhile back where it resulted in part of the image having a cast or slice a different colour, basically similiar to yours, for me, I tracked it down to corrupt harddrive.

Agree re: memory card. I've had this only once. Unfortunately I deleted the picture! Please let us know how you go.

It came out this way on the LCD too. I got worried because the two photos are off two separate memory cards. I have formatted both memory cards. I haven't taken many photos since but the effect hasn't come back. Thanks for the advice...makes me feel much better!

Are you shooting raw, jpg, or both?
Does it appear only on the jpg, only on the raw, or on both?
You say it's happening on two different memory cards; what sort are they?
I believe that it'll be the cards ....
