Capture NX that comes with D300

if you already have NX then theoretically, couldn;t you sell the bundled capture NX as a fully licenced and unused version ? seems pointless to have the disk sitting there and never activate it ??

I don't believe you get a disk. I think you just get a license key which activates a downloaded copy. I would think you could sell the key though - not sure how you do it legitimately, though.

For the first stage of the campaign, a product key will be provided, enabling Customers to download the actual software from the website and install it on their computer. From December 2007, a CD-ROM containing the software will be bundled with the D3/D300.
