What remote to use for D300 ?i use the remote alot for macro's. what remote do y'all suggest ? preferabley wireless. i note from a bit of research you can;t just use a remote like the ML-L3, you need something attached to the 10pin socket to be able to use IR.
any suggestions from personal experience or otherwise would be helpful. EM1 l 7.5 l 12-40 l 14 l 17 l 25 l 45 l 60 l 75 l AW1 l V3
On the D200, I use a cabled remote equivalent to the MC-36, that will also work on the D300. There are plenty of no-name ones on ebay for around 10-15 bucks.
I also remember HK Supplies having some. There are some in the bargains section, Phottix brand, just have a look at the HK Supplies store to determine which one you need. Edit: You will need the Wireless N1, have a look here André Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communications, offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation and execution. The remote that I made works on any Nikon camera with a 10 pin plug.
Just that I have been too busy to build any more for a while. Wireless, light weight, excellent range, small, and the receiver is powered by the camera. Share what you know, learn what you don't.
