what happened to my RAW file from my D70?

others seem ok, but this looks like its under a 50m pool?

You have lost red and green in the lower part of your picture. There is also a timing shift where the problem starts.
Looks to me like a "Dicky" connection to the sensor in your camera. Could be a dry joint, or is the sensor is in a socket, then it may just need reseating. Another possibility could be a piece of conductive dust shorting out some wires /trscks.
The last could simply go away, but if the problem persists, then it's back to the man for a service. BTW your link in the message was not sefined properly. Loooks like you have two on top of each other.

This was caused by a dodgy card reader. Bought a new Transcend reader from Birdy, never had problems again :)

Although Macka's images aren't online any more, you can see Glen's crazy image there. The corrupt images were taken in March this year, ~5,000 shots have been taken since then without a repeat of the weirdness. A few people seem to have it happen occasionally without catastrophic camera failure (which is what we were afraid of).

Don't stress Pehpsi, try using a different card reader (or USB cable...shudder). It might also be worth trying to open the image in a different RAW converter, as we got different rersults from corrupted files this way.
