Question re Firmware UpgradesMy wife has a D 7000 with the original firmware and there have since been several firmware upgrades.
Can I upgrade directly from the original to the latest versions or do I need to follow the sequence of each upgrade i.e. V1.01,v1.02,v1.03 etc? In other words are the upgrades cumulative or discreet? Bob

usually (post stoneage stuff) unless there is explicit instructions 'real' software/firmware upgrades do not require updating every previous version gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: Question re Firmware UpgradesEven back in the stone-age, firmware updates were always "latest version supersedes everything". This is because the firmware came on a single chip that was replaced (this was before EEPROMs). Going on the fact that the article talks about A & B I suspect there are two chips being updated.
Intermediate updates only make sense for a suite of programs that call each other. Not the case for firmware, but a sad reality for bloatware. Greg
