Zeiss ZA Vario-Sonnar T* 24-70mm f/2.8 SSMI was reading reviews, comments and was looking at the pictures captured on new Nikkor AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8G ED.
I came across with a similar and interesting lens from Sony manufactured for them by Carl Zeiss. Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* 24-70mm f/2.8 SSM. Both lenses cost about the same but it appears CZ is slightly better of the two. Certainly it created a lot buzz within Sony/KM community when it was released.
