Fujifilm isn't giving any more details right now, but the teaser gives a pretty clear view of the camera's top plate, on which we can see the following features:

Shutter speed dial with X-Pro1-like locking button
Exposure compensation dial covering +/-3 EV
ISO dial (also lockable), including 'A' position for quick access to Auto
Control levers below shutter speed and ISO dials (function unknown, but drive mode would make sense)
Movie record button
'Fn' button which activates built-in Wi-Fi
Power switch surrounding shutter button
Large viewfinder hump, perhaps implying extra-large EVF
PC sync socket on front
Electronic front dial below shutter button

SLR-style mirrorless cameras like the Olympus OM-D E-M5 and E-M1, and the Sony Alpha 7 and 7R have clearly captured photographers' imaginations recently (as indeed has Nikon's 'retro' Df SLR), so this looks like a logical move from Fujifilm. Assuming it features the X-E2's impressively-fast AF system, with on-chip phase detection via the X-Trans CMOS II sensor, we suspect it'll be a particularly good vehicle for larger lenses such as the XF 55-200mm F3.5-4.8 R LM OIS telezoom. We've liked Fujifilm's recent cameras a lot, so are certainly looking forward to seeing what this one has to offer

That's looking good. Full frame or larger would be a camera to covet.

Looking definitely like its apsc, no ff.

Once again, fuji body designers look bang on the money. Meaningful and useful dials, includes video and wifi and has a flip screen. A body size that looks an excellent compromise between ergonomics and compactness. All things nikon, with their wealth of experience, couldn't get right with the df after supposedly 4 years in the planning.

Yep, I can't see it being FF. Fuji's X sensor is as good as it gets anyway, the lenses are sublime, the jpgs even better. I'm happy with the XP1 for the forseeable future.

It does look the business, but I shall be sticking with the XE1 for now. It will be APSC and also Fuji's first weather sealed body. Unfortunately there are currently no weather sealed lenses.
